"Darkest Dungeon" *does* have a *theoretically* working functionality of placing mods in correct folder under game's root directory, and just enabling it from in-game button. What is worse, hoever, is that it doesn't even have anything to do with Steam Workshop (!). Namely, being not on steam AND on windows at same time, cuts you off from major part of the game - its extensible modding scene and mod support.
